Our Facility Attendants are responsible for, setting up or taking down rooms for outside rental groups and events, performing light custodial work, performing general recreation related administrative support work and performing other related duties, as and when required. Our Facility Attendant will perform various services that include event management operations, arrange furniture's and equipment's for events, security arrangements and ensure a correct set-up they also manage audio-visual equipments, including video projectors, slide projectors, overhead projectors, and sound systems, They can operate a city vehicle as assigned, guard against abuse to all city building facilities and report to appropriate department, also assisting in the maintenance of facilities and equipment’s.
